Please Note: 

• If you elect to choose ‘Free Consultation’, after the first 15 minutes (if you decide to move forward), a separate future meeting will need to be scheduled for the type of support needed.

• Pricing Structure for Tech Support and Dynamics 365 services: There is a one hour minimum, and any time beyond that first hour will be billed in 30 min increments.

• The Business Service Agreement must be signed before any actual support work can commence. 

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the meeting time.
