I'm a self proclaimed “people helper,” with a passion for anything IT or operations related. I'm also a detail oriented individual, who enjoys working through problems (I call those mysteries) to find a solution.

I’ve always had an obsession with computers. When I was 11 years old, I learned how to completely dismantle and rebuild our “computer tower”, as they were called then. From that point forward I was hooked! I started learning as many software programs as I could, and at the time everything was in DOS (for those old enough to know what that is).

Since then, I’ve managed a few business’s over the years and have run a couple of my own. I can proudly say that I’ve been able to help kickstart countless business’s IT systems, networking, marketing, policies, procedures, onboarding, and many other operations.

I’ve saved organizations thousands in payroll (and to third party vendors) for data entry tasks that a workflow could do for them automatically. I’ve saved countless dollars that would have been spent towards systems or services that were not needed. I’ve always loved to analyze between the lines of what’s being spent to get a full picture of exactly where money can be saved. I’ve also had the opportunity (and pleasure) of helping non-profits in their missions, which is a big joy of mine.
